HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
It is equal to one month’s rent.
Is there Parking?
Yes, there is underground heated parking and off street parking lot.
Is my Pet Welcome?
Yes. Dogs and cats that are 25 pounds and under are welcome in our building. Each pet will require a $250 non-refundable pet fee along with a $45 per month pet rent. Contact management for more information.
Is Internet Available?
Internet is supplied through the building for a fee per month, each unit has their own network and password. All units are required to use this service.
What Utilities are included in my rent?
Water and sewer are included in rent. Tenants pay for electricity, gas, garbage, and internet.
Does the building have security?
The common areas of the building have 24 hr security camera monitoring. All doors are secured and each tenant is provided a key fob for access.
Is the building non-smoking?
Yes. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
